At Papa’s Herb, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 100-day return policy. If it’s been less than 100 days since your purchase, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If you’ve already opened or used some of the product and aren’t fully satisfied, please reach out to us at info@papaherbs.com . We’ll do our best to make it right.

In some cases, we may only be able to offer a partial refund — but we’ll always work with you to find the best solution.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take a few days to post.

  3. Contact your bank — some processing time may apply.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at info@papaherbs.com , and we’ll provide return instructions.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or it was shipped to the gift giver first, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.

 

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please email us at info@papaherbs.com and we’ll provide the return address and next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
